Jenn Lichter

I enjoy working with athletes who are excited about testing their limits both on the road and trail. My philosophy is that through a combination of hard work, lots of fun, listening to the body, and consistency one will find themselves reaching goals they never thought possible. Training is individualized and tailored to the athletes own personal journey and lifestyle.

Jennifer discovered her love of running at an early age when she tried out for cross country and track in the seventh grade. Her passion for the sport grew as she ran competitively through high school and at the Division I level while attending Toledo University. After a brief hiatus from training upon graduating in 2019, Jenn stumbled into mountain trail running while working as a hiking guide in Glacier National Park. She found herself driven to adventure deeper and longer into remote areas of the Northern Rocky Mountains. In the Fall of 2021, she lined up for her first ultra at The Rut 50km and smiled her way to an historically fast time. She also debuted her first road marathon that fall in 2:39, which was just 2 minutes shy of the OTQ standard. In the time since, she has rekindled her love for the sport and has nurtured a budding trail running career with the help of The North Face.

Jennifer currently resides in Missoula, MT where she spends her days adventuring in the mountains surrounding. Besides her rigorous training schedule, she enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Uno, coaching fellow runners, making art, and cooking delicious meals to fuel her life.
