However after graduating, the old punishment of running quickly evolved to become one of her greatest joys. As a Physical Therapist and certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, it is Maddie’s daily mission to guide individuals along a healthy and injury-free path toward reaching their physical peak.

Her goal as a running coach is to instill a positive attitude toward the repetition of putting one foot in front of the other so that this year’s goals will morph into next, and you can create a lifelong friendship with running. Her aim is to be there to take the guess work out of training, to save you precious time, and help organize your training plan to match your specific goals.
From an athletic and professionally-equipped background, Maddie strives to integrate her enthusiasm of strength work into each individual’s running calendar in order to optimally load and prepare your body for whichever trail is coming their way. Personally, she’s on the 30k trail kick, but loves working with people from 5k and beyond, whether it be your first or 100th race.
